Occasionally when shopping, I find myself falling in love with a pair of shoes only to realise that I love them so much that I already have three pairs just like 'em back home. Damn. Hand on heart, however, I have never owned a pair of blue zebra-print ponyskin sandals, with patent cone heels and black bandage ankle straps. Before yesterday, that is. Now I do. I like to think Guy Bourdin would have appreciated them. But as they are from Dune's ''Head Over Heels'' range, and were on sale, my bank manager can appreciate them too.
